What we set out to build
Designing for
everyday care.
Mashwara set out to do what most telehealth apps still get wrong: build a single trusted surface for the messy reality of healthcare — symptoms before you have a diagnosis, doctors before you know who to call, records that belong to you, not the clinic.
The brief was to build the whole ecosystem: a web platform, a patient app, a doctor app, an AI & speech layer, and the cloud + DevOps infrastructure to run it all at scale — together, not stitched together.
Our approach emphasized simplicity, accessibility, and performance to streamline healthcare interactions — making AI-powered consultations feel as natural as messaging a friend.
